The hotel is near the train station (a definite plus for travelers). The room included a functional refrigerator for keeping drinks cold.
Soundproofing could be better, as I could hear noise from the hallway.

The location was very convenient. It was close to the bus and subway stops. the reina sofia museum was also nearby! the ac was a big plus because the temperature was over 30oc outside. the rooms were very spacious. I was very happy.
The rooms were not soundproof, i could hear people next door talking late into the night. there weren't tea and coffee facilities. This was a bit of a let down. the staff was rude. They told me off for talking too loud in reception, though others were allowed to do the same.
